One code per project. Codes apply to the first 30-day staging period, not to add-ons, fees or extensions.
The essentials.
- 30-day minimum on every staging package. After that, month to month.
- 50% deposit reserves your install date. The balance is due on install day.
- 7 days' notice for pickup. Rental ends the day we pick up.
- Vacant homes need working utilities and the A/C or heat on, which protects the furniture.
- Lived-in homes: our pieces are for show. Please don't sleep in staged beds or sit on accent pieces.
- Pets welcome with the pet fee. Owners are responsible for pet damage.

What if my home sells in a week?
Congratulations! The 30-day minimum still applies, but it's built into your package price, so there are no surprise charges.
Can you stage if I'm still living there?
Absolutely. That's our Lived-In Refresh. We work with what you have and bring in the rest.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code when you request a quote. We'll apply it to the first 30-day staging period on your agreement.
